1. Who is responsible
Fei Gao, trading as Pruent and based in mainland China, is responsible for personal information handled through pruent.com. Contact: dev@pruent.com.
2. Information we collect today
This public website does not currently provide account registration, live model inference, or payment collection. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any information you choose to include. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, and requested URLs, to deliver and protect the website.
We do not currently install advertising trackers or optional analytics cookies on this website. Email links open your own email application; no message is sent until you send it.
3. When product features launch
Account registration, inference, and billing will require additional processing, such as account identifiers, authentication information, requests and responses, configuration, usage, and purchase records. We will update this policy with the actual processing and retention practices before enabling these features. The planned providers are Clerk for authentication, Neon for database storage, Cloudflare for the API, Runpod for inference, and Paddle for payments. These integrations are not currently active on this public website.
4. Why we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, manage early-access requests, deliver and secure the website, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, the basis for processing may be your consent, steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding and operating securely, or a legal obligation.
5. Service providers and sharing
We use Cloudflare to host the website and email service providers to receive and respond to messages. They may process information necessary for those services. We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
6. International processing
Our operator and service providers may process information in different countries, including mainland China and countries where our infrastructure providers operate. These countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we will apply the required measures.
7. Retention and security
We keep correspondence while needed to handle your inquiry or early-access request and retain records as necessary for security and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence. Hosting logs follow the provider's configured retention. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy of your information. Email dev@pruent.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Children
Pruent is intended for adults and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.
10. Changes
We will update this page when practices change and provide additional notice where required. The date above identifies the latest update.
