1. Who we are
Pruent is a brand operated by Fei Gao, an individual based in mainland China. These terms govern your use of pruent.com and any Pruent services made available to you. Contact us at dev@pruent.com.
2. Service and availability
Pruent is developing hosted access to a security-focused language model, with a dashboard for configuration and usage. The service is currently in development and private preview. Public inference and self-service checkout are not yet available. Website examples are illustrative, not live model output or a performance guarantee.
Any paid offering will identify its features, usage allowances, model availability, and price before you purchase. Early-access arrangements may be subject to additional terms presented separately.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and authorized to agree to these terms. Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and API keys, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
4. Permitted use
Use Pruent only for lawful, authorized activities. You must have permission to assess any systems or code you submit. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, malware deployment, credential theft, fraud, harassment, or activities prohibited by applicable law. Do not evade usage restrictions, interfere with the service, or resell access without our agreement.
5. Your content and model output
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize us and the service providers needed to operate Pruent to process that content to provide the requested service, maintain security, and fulfill our legal obligations. Only submit content you are entitled to share.
To the extent permitted by law and any applicable third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-unique, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Validate findings and code changes independently; Pruent does not replace a professional security assessment or guarantee that software is secure.
6. Pricing, subscriptions, and payment
Planned prices are listed on our pricing page. No payment is currently collected through this website. At launch, checkout will show the purchase details, applicable taxes, and total price. Paddle is the intended merchant of record, subject to approval; its checkout terms will apply where it processes a purchase.
Monthly subscriptions, when offered, renew monthly until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the next renewal. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period, subject to usage limits. One-time credits are separate purchases; their value, consumption, and any expiry rules will be disclosed before purchase. Future price changes will be communicated before they apply to your renewal.
7. Refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here excludes mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights under applicable law.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. Do not submit unnecessary personal data, secrets, or sensitive records.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, nonpayment, or legal requirements. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us. Any applicable refunds remain governed by our refund policy and mandatory law.
10. Service limitations and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free outputs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability relating to paid services is limited to the amount you paid Pruent for those services during the 12 months preceding the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated before taking effect where required. Questions or disputes can be raised at dev@pruent.com. Mandatory rights and protections available in your jurisdiction continue to apply.
